"Despite claiming to be a 4-star hotel, the customer service here is absolutely disgraceful. From day one, it was clearly confirmed that our room would be occupied by three people. We were explicitly told this would not be an issue. Yet, after six nights, I was shocked to discover that my bed had been removed without warning or explanation.\n\nEven worse, the manager was conveniently absent, leaving the poor receptionist — clearly untrained and powerless — to handle the situation alone. We made repeated attempts to contact the manager, but she failed to take any responsibility or provide a solution. In the end, I had to sleep on the floor using pillows and towels, which is completely unacceptable under any circumstances, let alone in a supposed 4-star hotel.\n\nThis experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic human decency from the hotel’s management. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and I have never encountered such disregard for a guest’s dignity and comfort.\n\nThe hotel receives one star only — not because it deserves it, but purely due to its convenient location and for the towels that ended up serving as a makeshift bed. That’s the only “service” I can thank them for.\n\nI strongly advise against staying at this hotel.\nIf you value proper service, respect, and even the most basic standards of hospitality — look elsewhere."

"Complimentary breakfast was really good!!\nThe stay at Wyndham Garden Hotel was great.\nThe breathtaking panoramic view from the room was incredible, offering stunning vistas that enhanced the trip. The staff's welcoming service was attentive throughout the entire stay. The rooftop bar offered a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy the city lights. The hotel's location was ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The bathrooms were clean. The room was comfortable, and the pillows were comfortable. The value for the price was great. The proximity to Asian shopping and restaurants added to the experience.\nYes,I would recommend."

"This hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel. The quality of the beds and materials used throughout the hotel is very poor. I booked a room via Booking.com for 2 adults and 1 child (8 years old), but the room only had two single beds. The room was so small that there was no space to add an extra bed. The staff at the reception were extremely rude and unhelpful. Still, they charged us for 2 adults and 1 child.\n\nMoreover, the breakfast was served in a basement level (-1 floor) that felt more like a military camp — it was terrible. Although the building looks nice from the outside, the reality is completely different. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel."
