"The suite is nicely furnished and clean, great location and relatively quiet. Unfortunately, the photos on the internet don't quite match the suite. The suite is on the 1st floor (2nd floor) and you can see the facade of the building opposite. The biggest problem is that when we arrived there was no booking (despite payment). Luckily the suite was free and we were able to enjoy a nice vacation in NY. Another Swiss family had also booked the suite for 5 people, but this suite can only be used for a maximum of 4 people and it was already taken. The doorman confirmed this to us not for the first time. It's a shame, so points are deducted."
