"The rooms are a bit small considering they also include a kitchen. However, they’re comfortable and have everything you need. The bed and pillows were perfect for a good night’s rest. The staff is very attentive. Breakfast was delicious — they could add a bit more variety in the protein options and offer pancakes or waffles every day. Still, we ate very well, and they let you take food to go. Carlos, who handles coordination, was amazing. In addition to providing great service, he recommended places to visit and was very kind to my son. If I return to NYC, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again.\nExcellent location to get anywhere by subway or walking."

"This hotel is usually my #1 choice when staying in New York. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help, the rooms offer a lot of amenities - the only drawback is that the rooms are somewhat smaller so it's kind of tricky with more luggage but other than that, they're also clean and modern.\nIt also comes with free breakfast; it's usually tasty and you can always choose from at least a few options. The only thing that's lacking is any type of ham (even if it's basic).\n\nOverall, it's hard for me to decide between 4 or 5 stars but the experience is always great and something to look forward to!"

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. Room was great, small but lovely the kitchenette and the bathroom was nice and everything was very clean. Great proximity to Penn station- walkable even with luggage. The staff was very friendly and had great customer service. Big shout to Walter and Jamella for helping me with my stay after my travel day from hell."
