"I stayed here for two nights on a short stay in NYC, and had a great time! The room was small and just fit the two beds, fridge/microwave, and TV, but I expected that for the City. I thought the A/C was broken on arrival and staff were very quick to help me out. The bathroom was comfortable for one person to move around. The area felt safe enough to walk around in the evening. Breakfast is available but there is limited space (though it was nice to grab something and go walk around the city). Overall, it was a fine experience!"

"The Comfort Inn is a no frills good hotel if you want a safe clean place to spend a night. The night that I stayed they were gracious to reserve a room for me when they don't usually do "walk ins". I had a somewhat of an emergency situation and they really helped me out. The room was on the lobby level and it was the last room available. They "saved my evening". No makeup mirror, and the closet space has no doors and also the night table lamp is the only light in the room. There seemed to be lights above the bed but I couldn't figure out how to turn them on. The other lighting came from the entrance to the room and the bathroom. The AC/Heater worked fine. The room faced the back of the building but I didn't mind as my stay there was not planned but I was grateful just to get a room for the night. There is a complimentary continental breakfast each morning. And some snacks available if you get the munchies at night. Although it was a room located at the lobby level it was quiet. A good value as well. The location for me was good because there is a social event that I attend on Sundays near that hotel."

"Room is great, very well cleaned and organized. For the price for 15min walk to times square is worth it. The only thing that I didnt like about was breakfast service, day 1 didnt have sausages but day 2 there was, and the eggs always run out so fast like for 30minutes or more.. they need to constantly refill it or have a bigger serving at a time if they are to serve it once every hour or so. Other than that, waffles yogurts n coffees were great"
