"Beautiful hotel within walking distance of Central Park and almost on 5th Avenue. Elegant rooms, extraordinary room service and breakfast. A true excellence in the heart of New York. Excellent size of suites with luxurious bathrooms equipped with every comfort.the Deluxe Room on the top floors to the amazing breakfast and the bone China designed by Kit Kemp which made breakfast a feast for the eyes. Did we mention the delicious food? Even though it was too hot outside most of the times, it was pleasant to be able to open a window. The bathroom was excellent (we didn't miss a tub which we usually do). The room and hotel are as splendid as they look on the photos. Super helpful staff (so helpfull that it is a shame that we have forgotten some of their names). Wonderful mattress and sleep experience. The location is perfect if you want to visit... Manhattan.\nThe MoMa, Central Park, all a stone throw away. Why not stroll to the Metropolitan Museum or the Guggenheim, about a 30-35 min walk away? We immediately felt at home, and also important: at ease, in this luxurious hotel which was a bit above our means but we had something to celebrate. If we have something to celebrate again we would love to return, for that tea, awesome ☕"
