"The location is great, within a 10 minute walking distance from most train stations, and the rooms are very reasonable for the price. If you are planning to come here just to stay the night and will be out to explore the city, then this is a great budget friendly hotel to book. The rooms do have a great central cooling system, blackout curtains, and are greatly sound proofed, which are pluses! The rooms do have a few issues that need to be addressed, which are not life ending or extreme, but they could definitely use a bit of renovating and new equipment. I had an enjoyable stay for the most part. I’m not sure who the overnight staff are at front desk, but they tend to be very curt and annoyed when you speak on the phone with them. However, the morning staff are very pleasant and try to be as accommodating as possible. Pictures/videos have been attached with captions.\n\n50/50 on coming back."

"Location location! Loved the neighborhood- it is a bit of a hike to get to midtown and higher, but still would stay in that area again. Close to subway stops. Historic stone street and lots of cute spots are right there within a block or two. It’s antique-y… part of the charm. I didn’t feel super comfortable with the luggage checking system, but all of our belongings were okay."

"I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From the friendly staff to the location. Twenty yards down the street from the world famous restaurant Del Monaco.\nThe rooms were very affordable. And I found out if you order the room directly through the hotel. You get a much better christ and a much we'll definitely stay there next time in New York."
