"The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The room is small but very clean and modern. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. They provide free breakfast as well. The location is perfect because it's next to two major subway lines. I would highly recommend booking at this hotel,not to mention the pricing was reasonable compared to other hotels in the surrounding area."

"My stays are always pleasant here. Check-in staff are always nice and make the transactions easy. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. I always get a room with a city view. I love the frosted glass bathrooms. The bathrooms are nicely decorated and updated. Breakfast is served here every morning. There's no designated parking but I've never had a problem finding parking in the immediate area. I've stayed here twice and enjoyed my stays."

"For the price this is a great place to stay. Is it perfect? No. But again, prices are extremely reasonable for being only a 15 minute train ride from Manhattan. Our room was decent size with a king bed. Everything looked fairly new, modern and the room was clean. Room had hairdryer, coffee maker, refrigerator. There was a small table and chair and shelf/closet for storage. Out the window we could see Manhattan and the Empire State Building. Breakfast each morning from 630am to 10am consisted of eggs, bacon or sausage, make your own waffles, yogurt, cereal, toast and donuts. That being said, the immediate area around the hotel is not exactly pretty. Housekeeping for the most part was good but missed some things like leaving toilet paper one day and it looks like hallways aren't vacuumed often. The shower also only has a short glass panel and no door so the bathroom floor would be soaked after showers. There is only one elevator which at peak times can be very slow to arrive. The hotel is one block from the F train which has you to Manhattan quickly. And even though the area around hotel and subway station is depressing, we never felt unsafe walking even at night. We were very happy with our stay here based on price paid. We would stay here again."
