"The hotel is situated in a lively, well-connected area, and the staff is generally very friendly and helpful. However, our check-out experience was a bit stressful—when we were ready to leave, no one was at the reception desk, and we were worried about losing our flight. Fortunately, a kind cleaning staff member helped us check out, and we were able to leave on time.\nThe rooms appear larger in the online photos; in reality, there was just enough space to move around with our luggage. The water pressure in both the sink and shower was quite weak, which might be inconvenient if you're in a hurry.\nThe air conditioning unit made noticeable noise even when turned off, which disrupted our sleep during the first few nights—though we eventually got used to it.\nOn a positive note, the rooftop is lovely and offers a nice view. I would recommend this hotel for very short stays."

"Stayed 10 nights here and it was perfect. As a solo traveler wanting to explore the city this was perfect for me! Even the days I spent relaxing in the hotel were great. The room was clean and had all the basics (microwave and coffee downstairs) heating/cooling available, clean and comfortable beds, the only issue I had was my room key not working a few times but I did have a portable charger in my bag which messes with them. The front desk staff were lovely and so helpful and bag drop off was easy and accessible. Subway is so close, street wasn’t loud, best coffee (for aussies) on the same street and felt very safe. Would definitely stay again."

"Booked this hotel months in advance, received several confirmation emails, showed up the day of our trip and the hotel told us that our reservation did not exist. They moved us to their sister hotel (Orchard Street Hotel) across the street which was disgusting and smaller than we originally booked. If the Redford rooms look anything like Orchard Street Hotel you are going to have a bad time!"
