"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel at The Fifth. The location was perfect, public transportation stations were very close by, and many attractions were within walking distance. The hotel provided complimentary water and ice, and the towels and bed linens were changed daily. The room was quite spacious and included an ironing board and iron. I also had no issues with the elevators. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, I truly have no complaints in that regard.\n\nThere are, however, a few things that could be improved. I occasionally found some hair on the towels, and the noise from outside was quite noticeable, it almost felt like the window was open even though it wasn’t. Also, the furniture could use a bit of an update.\n\nStill, if I return to NYC, I would definitely stay here again.\n\nThe photos are from before checkout"

"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Two days in a row the elevators didn't work. We had to climb 12 floors by the stairs. Cleaning is done daily but not very well. Some days we had to request new sheets, because the ones that were provided, had stains on them. One night we discovered a roach in the bathroom. Staff is friendly though and the location is great."

"Location is what really made this hotel so great. It's located right near a subway stop, which I used all throughout my stay in the city, and there is a lot that is even walkable nearby. Time Square felt like a 10-15 min walk! The staff was very friendly and helped with anything we needed, and did so quickly and with a smile.\nThis was my first time staying in New York, so the room felt tiny to me! It had room for a queen bed, a small night stand, TV with a dresser, a desk, but it all felt crammed in the room. The bathroom was decent size, but it's definitely smaller than hotels im used to. I haven't stayed in another hotel in New York, so i can't really compare it, but since i was spending practically all day out exploring, the size of the room didn't matter too much.\nBesides that being smaller than I'd prefer, everything else was great. It felt luxurious when entering, and everything was very clean each day!"
