"Loved, loved, loved The Draper! First off the staff was the absolute best! Very accommodating, very professional, very sweet people. I stayed in two different rooms. Very clean. The first one was a little small but very manageable. My second room was 2301 the balcony room and oh my goodness! I was in love. I got the best sleep of my life on the balcony. Very nice views. The water pressure in both rooms was very nice. The hotel isn’t too far from Time Square or the subways. The only thing I dislike is they don’t have parking but there is a few parking stations close by. All in all I would 10 out of 10 recommend them. Thank you so much to the staff at The Draper. You are appreciated!"

"Just when I thought it was safe to come back to Hilton, it was NOT. The location & room were a hit. The front desk staff experience was a miss for me. I checked in on the Hilton app the day before I arrived & received an email confirmation stating that my digital key would appear in the Hilton app when my room was ready. I arrived at the hotel the next day around 1:30pm, checked the app & the digital key was not setup. I go to the front desk for help. Turns out my room was ready. Instead, this unpleasant, stone faced lady wanted to verify my identity and my credit card again even though I was already checked in & a hold for my room had already been placed on my credit card the day prior. I told her I did not bring it, the card is saved on the reservation & on my Honors member's account for incidental & payments. She stated that I could only use a physical card & refused to activate my key. The card on file is a travel credit card so that I can earn miles on my purchases, which I use to book flights. So, I handed her a credit card I use for emergencies because the insurance coverage is much better. She takes the card, looks at it, hands it right back & tells me to pay for my stay. So I go to tap with my phone she immediately exits out of the payment screen, and I tell her the screen cleared. I stated you have tap to pay, so what is the difference. No response. The total reappears. I attempt to tap my phone again, and she immediately exits out of the payment screen again & says that I can only pay with a physical card. So, I tapped the card & ended up with a hold on one card, a charge on the other for the stay, and missed out on 11k miles from a summer promo. Needless to say, I won't be staying at any Hilton properties again after dealing with this ridiculously rude, miserable person. I am transferring my Hilton points to my Air France account & canceling my account with Hilton."

"Outstanding value in NYC! Loved the location and the view from our room. Very walkable to various subway stops, Penn, and attractions. The rooms were clean and cozy. The shower pressure was excellent and the linens were soft and the bed firm. They were still doing some work on the bar downstairs and parts of it were closed but it didn’t bother us. Definitely worth the price and the central location makes it easy to navigate anywhere in the city with ease!"
