"Overall we had a pretty good experience. We had a king room with a separate area with twin sofa bed. It was a good amount of space for a New York hotel. When we arrived there were only two hand towels and two washcloths for 3 people - we were quickly provided 3 bath towels. There was minimal hot water first day but other days were fine. We were fortunate that we were checking out 3/26 - there was a hand written sign on the door when we returned after broadway 3/25 that the hotel was closing. Next morning as we were leaving it looked like complete chaos as people were arriving and being told the hotel was closed."

"To put it simply: this place is just OK. The rooms are a little rough around the edges and the overall service needs to improve. Happy enough with our stay, but wouldn’t do it again.\n\nWe got a discounted rate (because it was\nnon-peak travel times), and if it wasn’t for that I would have been more disappointed.\n\nThe location is perfect, however. Especially if being close to Central Park, Broadway, or Times Square is high on your priority list."

"The WORST customer service. I prepaid for the room. They will not accept American Express and I lost my Visa card. I prepaid and they will not let my family in the room and will not give us a refund. There is only 1 person working the hotel. The manager is only reachable vis email. Their credit card processing machine is not working and they will not let people check in. A big line building up. The worst……"
