"Their residences are entitled gentrifiers that let their pets urinate and leave feces everywhere. The only light in that place is Miguel, I pray he is protected from the mess that is the Aurora. There has been a balloon hanging in the tree in front of their property for over 2 months now."

"+\nGreat apart hotel. Ideally located, on the 3rd avenue (2nd and 1st are way less interesting) so the real Manhattan life starts from 3rd avenue up to the center of the city. View on the skyline is amazing (make sure to ask for an apartment above 18th floor). Friendly reception desk that deals with receiving your amazon deliveries ! Possibility to segregate trash. service very responsive by phone or mail whenever we needed.\n-\nStreet can be noisy, but Nothing spectacular for Manhattan.\nThe hotel should improve its effort on providing more environmental friendly service :\n- shower set in the bathroom full of plastic\n- Windows should be changed : when the sun shine they warm up the flat a lot, meaning you need to keep the AC constantly On which is very bad for the environment. Plus the street is noisy (like any NYC streets) so better isolation would be a real upgrade."
