"I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the excellent experience I had during my recent stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and every member of your staff was exceptionally kind and professional. The location was convenient, with many key places within easy reach. Overall, I felt well cared for and truly enjoyed my time at the hotel.\n\nThat said, I would also like to kindly follow up on the deposit charge. I’ve reached out via email and contacted guest services, but have yet to receive a response. I would greatly appreciate it if you could process the cancellation or refund of the deposit at your earliest convenience."

"The staff makes this hotel a quality stay! The doormen, front desk, maid service, and restaurant were all very kind and welcoming and engaged in fun conversations. The beds are comfy, the showers are strong and hot, and the rooms are nice and cold in August!. Will definitely return to INK48 for our next NYC trip!"

"The best thing about this hotel are the staff. From the reception, to the service and the concierge. They were outstanding. They were kind and hard working. The location was also great, near the intrepid.\n\nThe junior suite I stayed at was spacious and seemed clean at first glance. The pull out futon bed was perfect for my 4 year old. Outside there was loud noise from a nightclub that was fine until people started hanging outside and blasting music.\n\nThen I looked closer and found black mold in the shower. The lights were each controlled by lamp switch. The shampoo and body wash bottles were empty. We used no amenities yet we were charged for a $40 nightly amenity fee. Local occupancy and sales tax was charged nightly as well. I don’t understand why these are not included with the original booking price. This practice is very backwards, not customer friendly, and left a bad taste."
