Soho Grand Hotel

"The Soho Grand Hotel is truly excellent — easily one of the best options in New York. It’s perfect for both adults and younger travelers, located in one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods, right next to amazing shops and restaurants. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful — I especially loved the concierge service. The hotel has a great selection of spots to enjoy, including stylish restaurants, bars, and a very popular diner.\n\nOur room was super comfortable, with a cozy bed, a large TV, and a wonderful shower stocked with C.O. Bigelow amenities. We also really appreciated the housekeeping team, especially Nelli and Virginia, who were both warm and attentive. If you enjoy a lively atmosphere, this is the place to be — the hotel hosts parties and live music on the weekends, which adds to the charm. That said, none of this takes away from the comfort and quiet of the rooms. All in all, a fantastic stay — can’t wait to return!\nA few small things could be improved: reaching reception by phone isn’t always easy, and it would be great to have the concierge desk on the ground floor staffed more frequently. The minibar could also offer a wider selection of non-alcoholic beverages. Some rooms may experience noise from nearby construction, but the hotel team is helpful and can usually assist with this."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the grand terrace suite! It was our elopement weekend and the staff went above and beyond in making it special. When we walked into our room, there were bubbly and sweet treats waiting for us with a very kind note congratulating us! Leidy at check in was a ray of sunshine (thank you for the music recommendations!). Tyra and Dani at the front desk were also very personable and helped us multiple times throughout our stay with a constant smile. Kelani was a massive help with our bags (a lot of DIY’ing happened over the weekend!).\n\nThe room itself was peeeerfect - I mean nothing beats a bubble bath while watching friends. The terrace was perfect for taking pictures and offered a beautiful view of the World Trade Center. It was a bit cold so they arranged a heating lamp without having to ask.\n\nAfter our dinner, we went to the grand bar to celebrate with our friends and family. Great vibes and drinks, friendly and fast service despite it being incredibly busy.\n\nThank you for SoHo Grand team for helping us make this a memorable stay!"

"My company had a corporate event at Soho Grand this week and I can’t speak highly enough about the location, the rooms, and, above all else, the staff. Maricris, their Director of Conference Services, made the planning process easy, even when several details changed on our end. Every aspect of our stay—the conference room, the meals, the rooms, and check-in/check-out—was seamless. Our Events Manager, Francis, was incredibly speedy and kind both days that he coordinated our working sessions in the conference room. Lastly, our two captains, Frank and Chris, were tremendously attentive and kept the room’s ambience and meals flawless. Huge thank you to the staff at Soho Grand who made our experience exceptional. I can’t wait for the next time!"
