"This place was amazing! I went here for my 21st and I am so grateful we chose the Sheraton as our stay. The staff was super friendly and always welcoming! The location is super close to broadway, shopping galore, and our view was outstanding. We were apart of the lounge which had a private terrace and plenty of drinks supplied. Highly recommend!"

"Staff members were friendly. The rooms were nice, but small. The biggest problem my family and I had was with the AC. It became really hot and warm in the room, and when my mom reported it to the front desk the first time, they never came to check it. When we were checking out, she repeated the problem to them again. We do not plan on coming back to this hotel for our future trips."
