"My recent stay at the Off Soho Suites Hotel in New York City was a very positive experience, primarily due to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. From the moment I checked in, the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure I had everything I needed. They were particularly accommodating with our family, supplying both a sofa bed and a fold-out bed for our three kids, which made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient. Their warm demeanor and willingness to assist with any request truly stood out.\nThe hotel boasts a fantastic location, which was a huge selling point for me. Situated just outside SoHo, it offered easy access to some of New York's most vibrant neighborhoods. I found that I was no more than 20 minutes away from all the main sites, whether I was walking or hopping on the subway. This convenience meant I could maximize my time exploring the city without lengthy commutes.\nWhile the rooms are a bit dated and could certainly benefit from an update, they were perfectly functional and had everything I needed, including a very useful kitchenette. This feature was a game-changer, allowing us to prepare some of our own meals and save on dining costs, especially with the kids. Despite the decor, the rooms were comfortable and provided a great base for our New York adventure.\nIn summary, if you're looking for a hotel in New York City with an unbeatable location, genuinely helpful staff (especially when traveling with family), and practical amenities like a kitchen and extra beds, the Off Soho Suites Hotel is a solid choice. While the rooms may not be the most modern, their functionality and the overall positive experience certainly make up for it."

"We had to wait for one hour in the lobby before getting into our room. They were scrambling around to flip a room because they had guest who were paying by the hour that had not checked out yet. We had to engage Expedia customer service to help us. Location is excellent. The rooms are adequate. Just adequate. Customer service is not."

"This place is pretty much in the downtown area, we would 100% recommend it for anyone checking out New York for the first time or as a return trip for a deeper look and visit. Subways were near by with the touch and pay system we were able to see all the major tourist sights in Manhattan. Did it all in 6 days. Off SOHO is super bad ass!"
