"I stayed here for 6 days and it was honestly one of the worst lodging experiences l've ever had. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all, and neither did the TV. When I went to reception to ask for more toilet paper, the receptionist was literally asleep. The room conditions were deplorable and absolutely not like the photos shown online.\nThe key to my room didn't work properly, and every time I wanted to enter, I had to go to reception to get it re-magnetized. Many times, there was no one at the desk, so l was stuck outside waiting. They didn't clean the room even once during my entire stay, which is unacceptable.\nTo make things worse, I contacted Booking for help, and they never responded. On top of that, every day there were laundry bags piled up right outside my room door, making it difficult to walk through the hallway.\nThere are so many issues with this place that the lack of cleaning is just the tip of the iceberg. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone."

"I chose this hotel for its good location, which is really the main thing it has going for it. Thankfully, I was only staying one night—any longer and I would have looked for somewhere else.\n\nThe air conditioning was essentially useless—it just blew warm air, which made for a very uncomfortable stay given it was 34°C outside. There’s no lift, so be prepared to haul your luggage up multiple flights of stairs (my room was on the 4th floor).\n\nThe room itself was poorly set up: there was only one accessible power socket, either occupied by the air conditioner or inconveniently located far from the bed.\n\nNoise was also a major issue—between the ineffective but loud A/C unit and constant traffic noise outside (sirens and honking), it was hard to relax.\n\nWouldn’t recommend unless you’re in a bind and just need somewhere central for a very short stay."

"I am a well-travelled person who have stayed in several budget hotels. But this one, without a doubt, was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in.\n\nThe front desk lady had a really bad attitude. She was impatient, rude, and lazy (there were two of them rotating shifts. The other one was nice).\n\nEg. I lost my wallet and didn’t have a key card to come in. I had to ask her for another keycard. She sighed with annoyance, and was snide: “please do not lose this key card,” as she handed over me the spare key.\n\nThe air con was buzzing extremely loudly and I found it difficult to sleep. Her remark was “AC is AC, you know?”\n\nAnyway. This was just the service.\n\nThe condition of the hotel room was abysmal.\n- The ceiling light didn’t work.\n- the air conditioner buzz REALLY loudly.\n- the toilet flush was faulty, and water flowed all night.\n- the wifi didn’t work.\n\nAnd be careful when you booked a “double room” in booking.com. Don’t expect to see a twin bed. It’s a single bed.\n\nThere simple wasn’t one single good thing, except for the fact that I only stayed here one night.\n\nPlease stay at a backpackers inn where you at least will be treated as a proper customer and enjoy peaceful sleep."
