"This boutique hotel is exceptional. Small, intimate and luxuriously simple. An authentic Moroccan experience secluded in the Medina precinct and only a short walk or taxi from the bustle. This riad has been sympathetically converted leaving all the elements of a traditional (very large!) Moroccan home. With a central garden, pool and multiple roof top lounging and seating areas, the property has 6 large opulent rooms/apartments.\nThe staff were also a highlight of the stay. Friendly, engaging and always helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Dinner on the rooftop was a delight. Great food and a vista across the city.\nWe could not more highly recommend this hotel. We intend to visit again."

"We recently celebrated our 8-year-old granddaughter’s birthday at L’Hotel Marrakesh, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. From the warm welcome to the final bite of birthday cake, everything was absolutely perfect.\n\nThe evening began with a gracious gesture — a gentleman from the hotel met us at the taxi and personally escorted us to the hotel entrance. He later helped escort us back to our car and went above and beyond when one of the children felt unwell, showing genuine care and attentiveness that meant so much to our family.\n\nDinner was a feast of Moroccan flavors. We started with three exquisite salads: the smoked aubergine, spiced lentils with red peppers, and a standout goats cheese salad with rocket, dates, and almonds — all beautifully prepared and bursting with flavor. For mains, the lamb cutlets and chicken kebab were deliciously tender, perfectly paired with a magnificent mint sauce, avocado dip, and fragrant rice.\n\nWe ended the meal with a delicately poached pear and ice cream, followed by a beautiful chocolate birthday cake that brought big smiles all around — especially to the birthday girl.\n\nThe service throughout the evening was exceptional. Ibrahim and his team were warm, professional, and incredibly thoughtful, helping to create a joyful and relaxed celebration for our family.\n\nThis was more than just a meal — it was a memorable birthday celebration in a truly special setting. We cannot recommend L’Hotel Marrakesh highly enough."

"L’Hôtel is like being in a dream. From the moment you step inside every vista and viewpoint in curated and created to bring tranquility and calm. The riad itself is a triumph of stylish design which you’d likely expect from a place owned by Conran. But the building itself can only do so much and it’s the staff that make the all important difference. They are so attentive but in an unobtrusive way, kind, polite and accommodating. And as they said it’s like when you stay there you’re part of the family and it really felt like that in the most sublime way and in the most sublime setting. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough (and the food was also the best we had anywhere during our week in Morocco!) Thank you so much again and we can’t wait to come back."
