"This place is absolutely worth every penny. The property is beautiful and well maintained and the food is delicious. The service is what makes this hotel though. The staff is so accommodating and friendly - one of the few places that offers an elevated experience without being stuffy. The small things they do make a difference- for example they serve breakfast until 1130 and even then if you run late they will still allow you to order slightly past that. The restaurant hostess made sure we got moved to the window table we wanted though it was not available when we first sat down. She also remembered me the next day snd pointed me to where my mom had already sat down. Front desk staff was also so pleasant to interact with. These things make a huge difference in a world where most hotels have become so rigid in their policies that they have totally forgotten about the guest experience. Their spa is also top notch and offers the same level of attentiveness. We will definitely be back. Thanks for an amazing experience."

"I usually go to the spot the man doing an Oriental. It’s lovely. I’ve gotten really really good massages there recently. I had Maria. She was wonderful. The amenities in the spa are beautiful.\n\nThe hotel itself is actually beautiful. They have a great lobby restaurant bar that overlooks the city. It’s truly you feel like you’re in New York iconic."
