Life Hotel New York

"We had a great 3-night stay at LIFE Hotel.\nLocation is very convenient for first timers, close to main attractions and metro stations. Target 5 minute walk, almost next to Macy's.\nThey have a nice restaurant/coffee/bar at the entrance of the Hotel which we did not go but we enjoyed our free coffee 2 out of the 3 days we stayed there. The lady working at the bar was kind and nice.\nOur room (1007) was huge for NYC standards, it had access to a little terrace that we did not use but it was cute, also partial view of the Empire State building.\nWater is provided on a daily basis, room was cleaned everyday, shower was good; overall, a very nice experience. We did not have time to go to the gym buy it looked awesome.\nPeople at Reception were kind and professional and helped us storage our luggage for free for a few hours prior heading to the airport, which we appreciate.\nThe guy at reception offered us airport transportation for $115 which I believe was a good price as it was heavily raining, we had 3 big and heavy luggage's and an Uber was asking for double the price at the time we had to leave (maybe because of the rain). We did not take the service as we used Dial7 (it was per-arranged). It was a bit more pricier but is good to know they offer this service. (check the price once there as this price might change of course -July 2025-).\nI would stay again for sure!\nMina"

"Thrilled with our stay at Life Hotel. Spacious rooms by NYC standards and the 12 foot ceilings lent the room an almost cavernous feel. The bathroom was also super roomy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the location was a short 3 block walk to MSG. Will definitely book again for our next NYC stay."

"Our stay at first was great, but they never told us the hot water was down on our first night. It finally came back, but the next day it went out again — and this time, they didn’t know when it would be fixed. The bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned well, but the room itself was nice. The main door lock didn’t work, so we had to rely on the top latch for security. At night there was a lot of door slamming in the hallways, but it didn’t ruin the trip. Overall, I had a good stay and enjoyed my time here. I’d just recommend calling ahead to make sure they’re not having hot water issues when you book."
