"Location is perfect, close to everything essential in midtown.\nWe asked for a room with a nice view at an elevated floor which we were given.\nThe downside of this hotel was that there was no bar facilities neither breakfast facilities and the fact that all the staff members were not polite and service minded at all, except for the doorman Jessie who did everything he could to be helpful with advice water bottles etc.\nIn other words, he made the difference."
