"I like that the hotel has hardwood floors throughout. The staff was very friendly and gave us a fantastic suggestion for restaurants close by. We did have an issue with the shower and someone came up to fix it within 5 minutes of calling. The room was large and quiet. We'll definitely be staying here again!"

"Shower door didn’t close. Was told that someone would fix it. Wasn’t even looked at. I bought a package That included breakfast for 2. Was told by the restaurant that I would get vouchers to get my complimentary breakfast. I asked upfront and was told that they didn’t have those vouchers yet that they had just began doing that. They looked like they didn’t care about it so I was unable to order my complimentary breakfast for all 4 days I was there. Room was very dusty. Floors were not clean in the room. Also smelled like cigarettes. Was not told that I needed to ask for my room to be cleaned. It would’ve been nice if I were told when I checked In. Overall bad experience."

"Rooms are petite but have most of the standard features. Room has a small open alcove for hanging clothes. The only other storage is the drawers in the bed base. Room seemed pretty clean. However, when I arrived the floor was dirty/dusty and wasn't cleaned until the second maid service. Some towels were stained. Bathroom has annoying taps where the cold tap turns on the "wrong" way. Beware the ice water in the foyer. My water had stuff floating in it. My stay was in June 2017 and the hotel is currently surrounded on three sides by four active building sites."
