"Rooms are small, but clean. A/C didn't seem to work very well or we just couldn't really control the temperature. Took a long time for hot water to come for a shower. Toilet had trouble flushing. Location was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nothing exciting and we skipped it but did go down for coffee every morning. Bar and bartender Artemif? Was super nice and provided great service! Despite everything I would stay there again."

"I'm a little surprised by some of the critical comments about this hotel, because in my experience, it was excellent. It is a 3* hotel and excellent quality as such. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby is elegant and I appreciated the beautiful aroma/perfume on entry - so relaxing. The room was large and spotlessly clean. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast - which is something other reviewers have been dissatisfied with - was absolutely 'fine'. The section included: healthy yoghurt, fruit, small selection of cereal, oats, toast or bagels (jams, nutella etc), salads and cooked sausage and eggs. Variety of fresh fruit juices on ice, tea selection and coffee pod machine. I've listed because I was expecting a 'poor breakfast' according to other reviewers and really think that's VERY unfair.\n\nThe only very minor points I agree upon are (a) that plastic cutlery and disposable bowls/plates are not what I'd expect at 3* - functionally difficult to use and I didn't like the use of so much plastic; (b) that the hotel could do with a second lift and the current one is small and temperamental. This did worry us!\n\nThe location is about 10 mins max from Time Square and surrounded by fantastic Korean bakeries and BBQ. But just a street or so away from every other kind of restaurant. It is close to subway stations.\n\nAll in all - a good hotel - and I'd stay there again."

"Stayed 3 nights in April 2025 for a concert at Madison Square Garden and some other events. The location is excellent, close to major sights. Friendly staff, especially the doorman who helped with my bags (both arrival & departure).\n\nRoom was tiny but efficient. Unlimited tea and coffee, plus the hotel gives 10% off coupons for nearby restaurants.\n\nDownsides: They don't offer early check-in. Luckily I found somewhere nearby to relax until my room was ready!\n\nMy heater didn’t work & room was freezing (they gave me a space heater), the bathtub didn’t drain well so water pooled, and elevator was extremely slow (thankfully I was on a lower floor, so took the stairs).\n\nThey didn't allow me to take my breakfast to my room which I found odd. Never experienced that at any hotel. I prefer to always eat in the privacy of my room.\n\nOverall, good value for the location, but I'll probably try out somewhere else next time."
