"Honestly, I wish I could give it a 0. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I came to New York to do a girls trip with my sister and our friend so when we saw this hotel, we thought it looked good. The pictures are very deceiving. We arrived to a very rude front desk employee who made me pay cash for our early check in. There was a sign that said they took card but he was swearing that the sign is wrong. When we got to the elevator it smelled horrible. The button to go up and down was destroyed. It also had wires sticking out. Our room was very dirty and had a lot of issues. I laid in the bed for a bit and started to feel itchy. I found bug bites all over my legs. None of the plugs were working and there was weird stains all over the walls. There was also a power circuit box in the room which is crazy to see because this isn’t a thing that should be in guest rooms. We felt super unsafe and uncomfortable staying in this horrible environment. We had to leave so we packed up and got out as soon as we could. When we tried to leave the same rude employee was trying to convince us to stay and offered us the room we originally booked which is so weird to do because why wouldn’t you give us our original room in the first place?!! Just a very bad experience. This place shouldn’t be open. It’s horrific. Please don’t waste your money or time here."

"I couldn’t select a 0, so I’m giving 1 star. This place is nothing like what’s shown on the website. The photos and descriptions are completely misleading. I booked this hotel for 5 days with my friends, but the moment we entered the room, we were shocked — bed bugs, a strong musty smell (like marijuana), a cheap spring bed, and foul-smelling bedsheets and blankets. There were no towels, no proper dressing table (just one dusty piece of furniture), and the room was in terrible condition.\n\nPlease, if you value your hard-earned money, avoid this hotel and warn your friends too.\n\nThe worst part was the customer service. When we informed the front desk, the staff was rude and completely unconcerned. We even called Booking.com to cancel. We asked to speak to the manager, but he wasn’t even present at the property.\n\nWe were up and frustrated until 3 a.m. and couldn’t sleep. The next morning, we booked another hotel and left. Sadly, they still charged us for one night — even though we couldn’t breathe, let alone sleep. I had no issue paying, but my main concern is how they can get away with scamming people online.\n\nOther guests in nearby rooms were complaining about the same issues.\n\nI really hope Booking.com takes this seriously and stops letting places like this deceive and exploit people."

"I thought the place was cool from the online pics. Boasted balcony pics. We had a room on the 4th floor and the bed was full of cigarette burns and hair. They then gave us a room on the 3rd floor also with a balcony. But anyone on our level can access your room through the open layout balcony. Doesn't seem safe to me. And then there's the bed. A mattress on top of a rickety bunch of spings.. worst bed I've ever layed on in any hotel/motel. I will not visit this establishment again and do not recommend it to anyone with standards. I saw a European couple checking in and I'm sure for the price they loved it bit the beds are way too noisy and uncomfortable for me"
