"Definitely not a 4 star hotel. A little dingy and small. My AC stopped working and they said they would have an engineer come and fix. Left and told them I would leave, (in hopes that they would fix it, and the room would cool down or they would give me a new room) 3 hours later I come back the room is 80+ degrees and apparently an engineer never fixed it, it’s 11pm and I want to go to bed and I am\nWaiting in the lobby to see if I get a room, they fix it or I request two nights back and go to another hotel.\n\nThe staff have been very pleasant! They have been truly awesome but definitely not the greatest hotel. You will have a better time at a Marriott or Hilton, Best Western, Holiday Inn."
