"LOCATION!!!! In the middle of the city and close to the subway. There are a lot of sites to see and food to eat within walking distance.\n\nNo elevator be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs.\n\nOur room was small, but the space was nice and layed out well.\n\nThe shared bathrooms were so/so. Definitely could use some attention, but still very usable. Bring shower shoes."

"The photos online are VERY deceiving. This place has not been cleaned for at least a decade. You walk in & you're met with either the smell of marijuana or the intense smell of the humidifier that's on the front desk, desperately trying to mask the marijuana smell. It doesn't get much better once you get into your room. You're met with no washcloths, no soap, no shampoo, it's infested with roaches, the walls are dirty, etc. The pictures are NOT a good representation of what you can expect. The parking garage costs $95/day even though the confirmation email I got from the hotel says it would be $30/day. There's no elevator in this 5 floor hotel which they do not say on their website but do say in the confirmation email once you've booked. We asked for a few extra pillows, because they gave us a grand total of 4 pillows for the 4 adults we booked for & they said the hotel was booked so they didn't have any extra. Did not get the best nights sleep without the right amount of pillows. Hands down dirtiest hotel I've stayed in. When we got home, we didn't even bring our luggage inside before inspecting every single piece for roaches. If you stay here, I would recommend doing that as well. But I would also recommend just not staying here. There are other hotels that look way better for about the same price but it would be worth paying a little extra."

The moment you walk in, you’re hit with a strong smell of marijuana\n\nThings only get worse once you’re in the room. There are no basic essentials like washcloths, soap, or shampoo. The room is infested with roaches, the walls are filthy, and the overall hygiene is unacceptable.\n\nThe smell of urine lingers throughout the hotel, and everything feels like it hasn’t been maintained in ages. For the price we paid, we could have stayed somewhere much better.\n\nI just checked in tonight after traveling from Canada with my kids, and we still have another night booked. I don’t know where else we can go at this point, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing."
