"It is a budget hotel in a perfect location. When you first walk in, it does not look like much. However, the window AC unit worked great and could get our room freezing. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. Good hot water with good pressure. As I said, this is not the Ritz, but it does the trick! Especially if you plan to only use the room to sleep."

"We had two rooms, over King and one petite double. The king was pretty spacious, the petite double pretty much had space for the two beds. But it was nice that they had mini-fridges and good a/c. The building is kind of old and feels that way, but the rooms are more up to date. The neighborhood was a great place to stay in Manhattan and the rate was quite reasonable for Manhattan in July. Most of the staff was very friendly. Not a lot of frills, towels were a little worn and not offered very plentifully. Close to several subway lines, near Madison Square Park and the Flatiron building, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby as well."

"A wonderful place with very kind service and attitude. It was the morning of August 5th when I arrived there after a long night flight. My booked hotel refused to accept me, I had to find a new place for 3 days in a short time. I was very helped here, settled in and received kindly. Thanks to the lady who served me on the morning of August 5th! The hotel is not new and modern, but it is very clean, tidy and full of good people! That is the most important thing!"
