"Perfectly comfortable room in the heart of midtown Manhattan, a block away from grand central terminal, two stops away from all the theaters on Broadway by Times Square.. the service was wonderful, quick to respond to texts, breakfast was pretty decent. My kid loved making waffles every morning we stayed there (7 days). We walked everywhere, took the train everywhere.. the hotel was perfect for what we needed it for… sleep. Thank you for a comfortable stay."

"We experienced two other hotels during our trip to NYC, and this was the best, BY FAR! First, the location is quite nice (a 6-minute walk to Grand Central Terminal). Check-in was easy, all the service was great, and the cleaning that was done each day was thorough. While the rooms aren’t huge, they were just the right size for our purposes, and the bed was spacious. The breakfast that was included was surprisingly good (compared to your usual continental breakfast). There was plenty of variety, and the egg, sausage, and potato dishes changed every day. Also, this hotel holds your luggage if requested, and that’s very helpful!\nThe only “complaint” (very minor) is that one morning, the water in the shower didn’t really come out, and when it did, it was brown. I tried calling the front desk from our room phone, but the phone didn’t work. The issue was resolved quickly, and we had no other problems the rest of the stay.\nFor the price you pay, this is a great option in NYC, and if we’re ever back in the city, we will strongly consider this place!"

"Honestly, I’d give it a 4.5 if I could! This hotel met expectations and was affordable. Rooms were dated, but very clean. To us clean rooms are most important when staying in hotels. The rooms are small, yes, but considering it’s NYC that is expected. Breakfast was average, sometimes the food was cold. The proximity to Grand Central Station was convenient for quick and easy access to the subway. Just a quick walk to Times Square. Overall, the hotel was what we needed!"
