"Locations A+: easy to get subway line.\nBreakfast D: it was fine, kinda empty and normally love Hampton hot food. Yes it’s free but I’ve had way better Hampton breakfast. 2nd day I opted to just make waffle as the hot food was just not it.\nStaff A+: Superb. Front end who checked me in remember me and was super kind the whole time.\nEmpire State View: B- definitely pretty but can’t see it from bed.\nElevators F: it was pretty bad to start but on check out one elevator wasn’t isn’t service. I personally wouldn’t stay on a hire floor again. We stayed on floor 20.\n\nOverall: B if you can be patient for an elevator it a super hot hallway, so you have an easy location to get places, it does the trick."

"I had such a great stay at this location. After a long day of travel my bf and I were greeted with Emmanuel, he was so nice and welcoming! He was so delightful to see coming back from our adventures through NYC during our stay. In my opinion the room was the size you would find at pop century at Walt Disney world. They were still spacious and nothing to complain about. Housekeeping was great! Location is great as well. Just an 10 min walk to penn station and there is access to the subway down the street from the hotel. Many places to shop and eat around the area. Overall would recommend!"

"We just stayed here for 2 days and the service is awesome! People and friendly and helpful. Location is great for access to places of interest. The area around the hotel might not be the cleanest but didn't feel unsafe. The hotel rooms were clean, Room cleaning was offered daily. Breakfast had variety(oatmeal, fruits, hot waffles,eggs,biscuits,etc) and 24 hour tea and coffee. Also we were able to keep our luggage after checkout and pick up later. Front desk was really polite and friendly. Everyone was really nice. I would highly recommend for a short stay."
