"We stayed at Fairfield by Marriott in Chinatown for 3 nights with family (6 adults, 3 rooms) and had a comfortable experience. The staff was friendly, and the rooms and facilities were clean. It's in a great location — just 10–15 minutes walking distance to the NYC Ferry, Manhattan Bridge, and Hop On Hop Off bus stop (100 Lafayette St). Little Italy was 12 mins walking distance\n\nBreakfast had limited but fresh options, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. Only downside was that the bedsheets and towels felt a bit overused, though they were clean.\n\nGreat value for a Manhattan hotel — would recommend for family or group travelers!"

"The location is walkable distance to FiDi, Brooklyn Bridge etc - it is a little shady at night though. The rooms are old, breakfast quite basic with plastic plates, it does have a simple gym though which is a plus. Not a 200$+ night hotel anywhere in the world but NYC. I'd rate this as a 3 star 50$ per night hotel."

"I cannot say enough about our stay at this hotel. The place was clean ,food and coffee was stocked well and staff was amazing. Everyone was nice and professional,, Rhonda checked us in and she goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, ,checked our bags asked about room preference and juggled everyone else's demands with a smile . The pillows and beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and very clean. House keeping was thorough and efficient! We will definitely be using them on our next trip to NYC. We stayed on the nonbridge side and the train just sounded like a distant thunderstorm nothing obtrusive at all windows are good hold noise out well."
