"Good location close to times square although the street itself is not so pleasant especially in the late night.\nRooms are a bit small but satisfying.\nBreakfast is very basic and elementary. We preferred eating outside.\nThe lobby is very small, not welcoming to sit there.\nThe service was ok, depending on the specific person there. The agent that welcomed us when we came was very helpful and nice. The rest did not make an effort to be very welcoming."

The rooms were a decent size for being in the heart of the city, which was a pleasant surprise. The front desk and bellman were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast staff always greeted us with a smile, keeping things efficient.\n\nOn the downside, the hallways on the guest floors felt a bit cramped. Our in-room coffee maker wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest, and it spilled everywhere, which was messy and frustrating. Breakfast was decent but repetitive over our 3-night stay, same options daily except for a slight change in sausage one day. A little more variety would’ve been nice. The main street leading to the hotel had some homeless people at night, but it didn’t feel unsafe.\n\nOverall, a solid stay with great staff and location, just a few small things to iron out."
