"I leased an apartment here and it was amazing. Everything was super close and it's in the heart of times square. There's a gym and laundry room in the building and the lobby is always so clean. They vacuum each floor and there's a trash chute on every floor. It made feel like I was living in a hotel and the doormen/front desk are always so pleasant."

It's right at the center of the world.\nA lot of eateries and street food options around.\n\nThe attendants are very understanding and always eager to help.\n\nThe rooms have all essentials required for a home.\n\nWhat deserves a special mention?\nThe location is just perfect, next to the Broadway and all the sights the city has to offer.\n\nWhat could be better?\nThere should be a parking option for residents. Some don't mind paying extra for parking."

"The doorman is so nice and welcoming. However, the building is a bit old, and the unit has not been renovated for at least tens of years. Nevertheless, the building's service is excellent. From issues with the AC, outlets, tap, bathtub, to the bathroom fan, they always solve them the next day. They even replaced my room's AC since the old one wasn't working. But I guess this unit really needs a full renovation. I saw bugs, maybe silverfish, in the bathroom around the tub and toilet, and the humidity level is a bit high in the unit. The laundry room is renovated and convenient, but it's quite expensive, $4 for the dryer…I guess it's midtown. It’s in a very convenient location, close to everything. If this place could be renovated and have in-suite laundry, I would definitely stay long-term."
