"The absolute best part of this stay was the location – you simply can't beat it. The staff were also wonderful; truly some of the most helpful and caring people I've encountered. While the room itself is quite basic, it's a fantastic value for the price, especially for this prime location. Recommended if you need a convenient home base for exploring the city."

"Dated and rundown business hotel located near Bryant Park and within walking distance to almost everything. There’s a huge Whole Foods across the park, and plenty of smaller shops nearby that sell whatever you need.\n\nThe hotel staff are friendly, BUT everything else makes this the worst Courtyard I’ve ever stayed at.\n\nThe room was outdated, the AC was loud & moldy, and the bathroom sink had thick, dark mold in the drain. There is only black out curtain, so if you have to choose between no view no natural light and darkness. The one good part is that housekeeping clearly tries their best to keep things clean despite the poor infrastructure.\n\nYou can request a mini fridge to be delivered to your room free of charge. It worked fine.\n\nThere’s absolutely no tech in this hotel. Nothing modern at all.\n\nIf you can avoid this hotel, please do. I paid an average of $400 per night. Even though my company paid for it, I still feel bad."
