"My experience at the Concorde Hotel was excellent. From the beginning of the check-in process, I felt well taken care of. The front staff members and the receptionist Sheri were polite, professional, and provided wonderful service. The room was accommodating for our stay and the lounge on the 3rd floor was magnificent. They provided comfortable seating and a coffee ☕️ espresso machine that was indescribable. I had the pleasure of having several cups 🥤 of delicious cappuccino. The housekeeping service was excellent and provided us with enough towels and amenities. The check-out process was also quick and seamless. I would recommend the Concorde Hotel New York."

"One elevator out of service during our stay, so waiting for one to service 35+ floors was inconvenient. Construction next door blocks the sidewalk facing the building to the right. Otherwise amazing room and friendly concierge."
