"The rooms were OK, nothing much to comment on that, a good/average experience.\nThere are 2 things I think are to be noted though.\nNumber one - we booked it for the parking and noted on booking that we need a parking spot. At the hotel they told us it's fully booked and it's first come first serve. This seems unprofessional to me everyone should know ahead that parking is definitely not guaranteed.\nAlso the breakfast situation was just below the level of this hotel. Extremely small and crowded breakfast area, not a very good selection of food. I think if they want to be at a certain quality level, they need to upgrade that.\nOtherwise OK, the staff was friendly and professional in our experience.\nI wanted to give 3 stars for that. But I guess the service and staff attitude is more important."

I must say this was the best comfort Inn and Suites that I have stayed in so far. Guys keep up the great work. I love the fact that the GM came out with smoothies and introduced himself."
