"No way of contacting customer service front desk from outside hotel. Went to voicemail that couldn’t leave message. Arrived late due to delayed flight and 2 staff members looked annoyed with us because we didn’t have keys, but obviously we just arrived because we had suitcases. The night manager was helpful when we were finally let in, after the other employee huffed and rolled his eyes. Breakfast was terrible hot can of OJ and cheap baked good. Room with bad odor. Housekeeping had to be asked for but didn’t bring requested item. New set of towels requested and only 2 large towels delivered. In room coffee weak and only one bottle of water for coffee machine given for multiple day trip. Lobby coffee was empty. Floor outside room dirty, needed to be vacuumed.. Positives location and rooms were clean other than the odor."

"Great location...not in the middle of the tourist mess but was so easy to get to our two shows on Saturday.\nPerfect for in and out weekends to the theater area.\n\nPluses Not as small as we thought! Bed and pillows were great.\n\nOnly two issues, which were huge are we had no hot water in our shower (sink had plenty) so we had a very cold shower. The Front Desk didn't even apologize. We didn't ask for a refund or issue a complaint, just informed them (so next guest wouldn't be affected) and all we got was that is strange......will they fix it....or is strange acceptable?\n\nWe stayed at Sommerset Inn Seoul (same managing company) and the service was better."

"We had a great stay here! Check-in was super easy. Even though we arrived at 9am and check-in wasn’t until 3pm, they kept our bags safely so we could look around without worrying about them. The hotel is really close to the subway and Times Square is just around the corner. Everything was clean, convenient, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!"
