"A wonderful hotel. Beautiful rooftop terrace, clean rooms and easy access to public transportation. A small gym that can help you start the day. The people at the reception are extraordinary. I would like to mention Chelsea and Brian who were extremely helpful and joyful. You could see that they have a beautiful heart. You have parking places nearby. I enjoyed staying here."

"Great hotel. We arrived at midnight and Kevin at front desk was super efficient and checked us in in under 2 minutes. The hotel also has the fastest elevator we have seen. Goes 13 floors in about 12 seconds. The room is clean and in great condition. Coffee in the morning is great. Location is awesome to penn station and Times Square. Overall, great hotel and it was the best price in the area."

"The best part of this Cambria Hotel is the staff. During our two day stay, I interacted with at least three different front desk team members, all of whom were very welcoming.\n\nWe stayed in room 1405, which faced the street. It was fun to watch the flower vendors in the morning. The room felt slightly larger than a typical NYC hotel room, but unfortunately, that is where the positives end.\n\nWhile it appeared clean, there were several issues. The bathroom door would not close properly, and the shower had no secondary shower head. There were no rugs in the room, just flooring that looked like grey laminate.\n\nThe bedding left a lot to be desired. The blanket had holes, the mattress had one of those noisy plastic protectors, and the pillows were small and worn out. There were no fabric curtains, only pull down shades that let in a lot of light during the day.\n\nNothing about the stay felt upscale or unique. The bar on the ground floor was underwhelming, and although I heard there was a rooftop bar, when I visited around 430 on check in day, it was just a space with tables and no service.\n\nThere was a small area to buy snacks, but you are better off walking to a deli or pharmacy nearby.\n\nOverall, it was just okay. We probably will not return."
