"Went here for a weekend visit to Brooklyn. I didn't make the reservation so, I didn't have anything to do with the booking of the hotel, I wouldn't have booked it at that location, not a nice area of the city.\n\nWhen we arrived the person at the desk was very friendly and helpful. We got there before check in, they checked our luggage so we didn't have to drag it with us when we went out to explore the area. We all were hungry. The women at the desk gave us a couple options. We decided on a pizza place that served meals. It was fine for a quick bite. We quickly learned it wasn't an area to walk around in.\n\nThe rooms were very nice and the Continental breakfast was nice.\n\nService and the rooms are excellent just wish the hotel was in a better location."

"I recently had the misfortune of the loss of my childhood best friend and had to stay in a hotel for the funeral, as I no longer have family in the area. I booked a room at this Best Western location and could not have been more pleased! The staff was very friendly (which I didn't expect from my hometown), the room was great, and the location was close to good local eating spots. Another thing I must mention about the room - it was the cleanest-smelling hotel room I have ever been in! I had to do the peaking around for hidden dirt (mold, something) and found nothing. The only disappointment was that there were no USB outlets, but fortunately I had my own charging equipment. If I have to return to Brooklyn for anything, I'm definitely staying here again! Thank you for the wonderful experience despite my circumstances for being there."

"My family and I reserved a room for the Annual Panamanian Parade. We were traveling from Albany. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Management must be pleased with their employees. Room was clean. We were also impressed with the continental breakfast and all the options even healthy options. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will continue to come back every year. Thank you again to the ladies we met."
