"My wife and I spent three nights here visiting NYC. GREAT location, close to Spring and Canal street subway stations and lots of great places to eat. Lots of reviewers mention the Holland Tunnel as being a problem, but our room faced the tunnel entrance and there was only excessive honking one night. Kind of what I would expect for a large city.\n\nThe room is TINY. If you come into it with the right expectations, it’s fine. We spent very little time in our room. I was pleasantly surprised to say that the mattress was amazing. And I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels.\n\nI did not like the $30 per night resort fee, but given the costs in NYC the total all in cost seems reasonable. The daily water was nice but we never used any other amenities.\n\nRooms were well cleaned daily with fresh towels. I would for sure stay here again as a married couple. Would not bring kids and probably not a great room to share with friends, given lack of privacy and small room size. I was amazed that we literally heard nothing from any hotel neighbors, very quiet in that regard."

"I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience, thanks to the exceptional staff. I’d especially like to mention Theo and Paola, who went above and beyond to help me get the room I wanted with a beautiful view of the park. Their kindness and dedication truly made my stay special—I hope their efforts are recognized, as they genuinely deserve it!\n\nThe room itself was spotless and very comfortable, and the hotel’s location is perfect.close to the subway and many great spots in the city. Overall, I’m very thankful for the warm hospitality and excellent service. Highly recommend!"

"I had to come and write a review because I’m honestly not understanding the negative ones.\nBefore booking, as anyone, I was slightly skeptical. While the location is absolutely AMAZING, you are getting quite a small room. That being said, if you’re in NYC you shouldn’t be spending time in your room. However if you are of an older age, with kids, or needing hanging space for dresses/nice clothing then I would definitely say the space in the room for that is minimal to none. However if you just look through the pictures you should be able to see that.\nWhen we arrived late in the evening, Theo was absolutely wonderful not only then but through the whole weekend. Our first room AC wasn’t cold enough for us and the following morning they moved us up to an even higher floor and the AC worked great.\nThe bar/speakeasy/rooftop/restaurant are all amazing amenities to have readily access to, and obviously because of that your hotel will also have guests who are not staying at the hotel but using the elevator and going up to the rooftop-BUT! The plus to that, they literally always have events on the rooftop and legit DJ’s/Sets and the view is amazing - and hotel guests always get in free.\nOverall we had a great time, rooms are small but manageable if you’re staying for less than a week and are not older/with kids"
