"Rooms are small but do not feel cramped. Great use of space to fit in all the necessary features. Bed was really comfy and I slept well. Decor felt fresh and the hotel was clean and well-mainfained. Service here was excellent. Staff were warm and friendly and accommodated our request for side by side rooms as well as receiving packages. Decent tasting complimentary coffee each morning. Loved the location with easy walks to nearby places of interest like Times Square. Chelsea Market, Floating Island and Penn Station. Would definitely stay again."

"I love this place ! Most of reviews are already mentioned about the location and cleanliness, safety, etc. I just want to add that we can leave our baggages before check in and after check out. You can check in early with no extra charge but subject to availability ( most of time no ..). There are welcome drink water with lime, lemon that you can serve yourself at entrance at all times. Seating area at lobby are more than enough, also seating outdoor in front of hotel. In the room, everything is new , clean and neat. Love that they have Marshall speaker for you to blast the music, hair dryer and steam for me who thinks this is really important even though i got one from home. 😃"
