The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Midtown, walkable to Times Square, Broadway, restaurants, and subway lines. Whether you're here for business or sightseeing, it's central to everything.\n\nThe hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a sleek design and comfortable rooms. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff—truly top-notch service all around.\n\nBig shout out to Joshua and Ricardo, the amazing bellmen who handle everything with professionalism and a smile. At the Front Desk, Diane, Sasha, Tyler and Gigi were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. Clarissa and Betsy from housekeeping were kind, courteous, and made sure everything was spotless.\n\nSpecial recognition to Anthony, who went above and beyond—he remembered me by name, checked in to make sure my stay was perfect, and showed what true customer service looks like. "It was my first stay at the AC Hotel. Upon arrival, the staff was efficient, quick check in and very accommodating. The first staff member encountered was Ricardo. He was a delightful, warm person. He was full of suggestions to share to ensure we enjoyed the City. A nice greeting upon arrival. What ever we needed during our stay was accommodated. The staffs’ willingness to accommodate was bar none. Upon leaving Joshua was very helpful and kind. He helped provide a car service back to the airport. By the way, the driver was also excellent. I have no complaints at all. It really was a lovely stay and the staff made it that much more enjoyable. I will most definitely stay again!"

"I liked this hotel since it’s a few blocks away from time square. Location is perfect. Hotel is beautiful and modern. What I did not like about this hotel is that when I arrived to the room it had trash like an empty water bottle under the bed and a folded paper on the floor which tells me they do not clean it as it should be cleaned. The water bottle and paper stayed on the same spot for 2 out of the 4 nights we stayed in. But overall I would probably stay there again. All I can say to the hotel since it’s a Marriott that please make sure you housekeeping clean the rooms how they are supposed to."
