"The location of this hotel is convenient, especially for getting around the city. While there’s no on-site or valet parking, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The second-floor lobby is spacious and comfortable—great for relaxing or working. As expected in NYC, the rooms are quite small, but unfortunately, I found hair on the bathroom vanity and the shower heads were broken and not functioning properly, which took away from the overall experience."

From the moment I arrived, the manager and front desk staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. They were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and genuinely kind - something that really stood out in a busy city like New York.\n\nWhether it was assisting with early check-in, offering to go above and beyond to help, or simply being attentive throughout my stay - the team made a big difference.\n\nThe hotel itself is clean and well-located. Bed is comfortable and room is quiet and dark at night (both very important in my opinion!) with nice big windows to allow light during the day.\n\nHighly recommend. I'll definitely be back!"
