"We booked this apartment based on the beautiful photos that suggested a freshly renovated and stylish space. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different and disappointing.\n\nThe apartment we stayed in was not at all in the condition shown in the advert. The carpet was stained, the laminate flooring was heavily worn, and the walls had multiple marks and even holes. Several cabinets were missing handles, making them difficult to use. Although the kitchen was small, it was clean and well equipped, which we appreciated. However, there was no table or enough chairs to sit down and eat, which made meals awkward.\n\nThe air conditioning unit was particularly concerning — it was dirty, emitted a bad smell when turned on, and clearly hadn’t been serviced in a long time. This significantly impacted our comfort during the stay.\n\nOn a positive note, the bathroom was clean and in good condition, and again, the kitchen, while basic, met our needs for short-term cooking.\n\nOverall, the experience did not meet expectations set by the listing photos. With more transparency and maintenance, this could be a decent place, but as it stands, I would not recommend it based on our experience."

"I was disappointed with the condition of the rooms – the furniture and carpets were stained and should really be replaced. There was a lot of dust and even cobwebs in some areas. The reception staff could also be a bit more welcoming.\nOther than that, everything was OK.\nI hope this feedback helps improve the rooms for future guests."

"This place has the potential to be really good. It's suffering from a "landlord's special" style of maintenance. A lot of things are bodge fixed or just left broken. Our stay was pleasant and the man staffing the place was incredibly professional and nice. The location is really good. The area is nice and interesting if a little rough around the edges. The transport links nearby are ace. They charge £20 for parking per night. This is excessive and you will find cheaper and convenient options very close by."
