The Pembury Londdon Hotel and Queens

"The very first thing you noticed upon entering the room was the smell of feces and uncomfortably warm tempature. The toilet was grossly dirty and the room was bit claustrophobic. For the second night the staff kindly gave us a new room, but they came knocking on our door at 2:30 in the morning to collect the payment?! (we've already paid for 2 night).\n\nRidiculously bad customer service, dirty hotel and poor quality breakfast :)\n\n⚠️ 0/5, we do not recommend ⚠️"

"ZERO STARS. This was the most horrible hotel experience ever. This "hotel" needs a health inspection. The breakfast was served in paper bags in the room, consisting of cold pancakes, spoiled yogurt and green inedible bananas. Nobody warned us of that before booking. There is this constant, awfully damp smell of sewers throughout corridors and bathrooms of the entire hotel. And it's been freshly refurbished (if refurbishing means painting all the walls, doors and open "wardrobes" in white wall paint). We changed 3 rooms. First one smelled awful, so they gave us another one, where we were welcomed by small bathroom bugs (wish those were ants, but they were not) and also a capital size cockroach running around at 5 am (we couldn't sleep after we found the bugs, so we also met him/her). We complained again and got the third room. As soon as we got in, we found another cockroach friend walking around the room. Then we finally gave up and decided to run away from the place, at 6 am in the morning, with our four year old kid. The staff were nice in fact, they even seemed a bit embarrassed, but there's nothing they can do to refund you. They're sorry, but you should ask the manager. But it was Sunday and the manager doesn't work weekends. So if you ever get so unlucky to stay there, try not to look around your room on weekends. Or even better, don't EVER, EVER EVER stay there. We surely won't do it again. P.S. It's been 3 working days since we repeatedly contacted Mrs. Masha Jones, the manager, asking for a refund due to pests infestation, and - what a surprise - she did not reply! (...yet?)"

"We paid 150£ per night and got the first night s room for 90£ just for 2 people. After we got the room that I paid for. I never saw such a bad room and for £150 with a child to sleep. Thank you to Junior and all the Ukraine stuff, they were very friendly. This hotel needs a refreshment.\n\nThe breakfast area was of course closed, so the breakfast you got to your room. Not very nice."
