"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which is very handy for Kings Cross and an easy walk into Bloomsbury and the West End. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and my room - although small - was well-equipped and modern. The room was very warm at night as there is no air-con, but there was a fan which did an OK job. Breakfast was good but the filter coffee was not the best! Overall a good experience and would stay here again."

"We stayed here last minute in Easter and the hotel were thankfully able to accommodate us. The staff were nice and professional. The price we paid was around 60/70 pounds for one night in King’s Cross and i think that is a great price for the area we were in, although there are plenty hotel options around the Argyle Square area so probably competitive. The room was nice, big enough for two people, cosy, and looked like it had recently been refurbished and done up, so the bed was comfy and big enough, with plenty pillows and clean sheets. Good size working TV and a mini fridge, storage space and a safe for belongings. Toilet was clean and clean shower, but the provided soap pump dispenser in the shower was not working properly, and it was tricky to get any soap out. We didn’t mind this too much though, just time consuming. A good stay at a great price with nice staff. The only negative I would include was the loud disruptive noise from the building works being done, they seem to be doing work inside some of the hotel rooms and started with very loud drills and hammering early in the morning just before 9am up till check out at 11. Would’ve been nice to have a heads up before hand online or at reception!"

"Pros: towels are large, the room is updated. Windows open, they provide fans and free breakfast. Service is friendly and best part is the location.\nCons: Don't stay here if you're tall or claustrophobic. The shower sprayer is non adjustable, the pillow smelled like wet laundry, the room is extremely tiny with a low ceiling, The smallest London room we've stayed in\nby far. Claustrophobic and reminds me of being on a boat/ship cabin. The hotel is under construction with motion sensors lights in the halls and stairs. Best for 1 night at the most. Construction lettering left on mirror, debris all over the hallways, cheap finishes."
