"I chose this hotel because I wanted a comfortable and non-corporate feeling hotel after a long flight, and so was first attracted to the unique look of the hotel. I'm really glad I did, it gave an interesting and comfortable oasis to come back to after travelling and busy days in London. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was great, and I really enjoyed sitting in the courtyard outside for a morning coffee in the sun. But above everything else the service was outstanding. The staff were fantastic and so helpful, particularly Ruggero, Ben and Mo, who went out of their way to get me an early breakfast on my last day when I had to check out earlier than expected.\nOverall I would recommend this hotel and would stay again :)"

"I had a perfect stay at Ruby Stella. From the moment I arrived, everything ran smoothly and exceeded expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, although a bit small, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.\n\nA special mention goes to Waly and Brenda, who went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a real difference.\n\nHighly recommended—I’ll definitely be coming back"

"Great hotel to stay in in London. Centrally located, very modern and staff were fantastic. The cocktail bar is a great spot in its own right so to have it accessible 24/7 as a guest is brilliant.\n\nHad a small issue with a leak in the room that we felt could have been managed slightly better on checkout but management followed up soon after and sorted everything for us which is all we could ask for. Very professional all round."
