"My wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Royal Park Hotel in London. The receptionist, Maria, was exceptionally kind and helpful, which made our check-in experience pleasant. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, though they were quite small, with limited space to move around.\n\nOne notable downside was the lack of air conditioning, which I understand is fairly common in London. Although the hotel provided a fan, it wasn't sufficient during the heatwave we experienced, making the room uncomfortably hot.\n\nOn a positive note, the hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the Tube, making it convenient for getting around the city."

Perfectly fine for a short visit.\n\nSpecial thanks to Suresh from the hotel staff — he was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to guide me through a tricky situation related to my cancelled flight. "So where to start...\nWe ordered a room with 2 double beds. Unfortunately the roof was leaking when we arrived and instead of that we got 2 separate rooms. (Notice that they dont look close to the pictures on their website). one with 1 double bed and one with a bunkbed and a double bed. They were not clean, there was a bed with bloodstains and had no view, and had weird stains.. also my room didn't had an airco/fan but my moms room did have a fan... but she didnt got a föhn.\nOn our floor was a weird white substance, on the bathroom door also.. we got a white substance in the shower that showed that it wasn't cleaned. Also there was a light sensor outside that kept going on.. and that shined in the room since there were no curtains.\n\nMy mom complained about the not clean stuff.\nThey did change the sheets but it still wasn't right cause there were still stains on the bed frame and carpet etc.\n\nThe good part is the location and the reception lady was nice."
