"I have been staying at this place for 2 months now. I have been locked outside for 10/20min each time as the night shift receptionist keeps leaving his desk and you are not allowed to have your room keep with you but they do not have 24hr reception to open the door. The reception has no clue what he is doing. The cleanliness of the hotel is disgusting. I have pictures on pictures of how disgusting this hotel is kept. The dining area is the worst of them all it is not how it is advertised at all. They are selling a fake expectation. The food is just as bad and is kept in an uncleaned fridge despite them stating they clean it they do not. God forbid you come to this place with a child. I can only wish you the best. I have had utterly the worst experience in this places and I have slept on the streets or London before I think that is better living standard then to stay in a place like this where the people are unbelievably rude."

"Good location, rooms on the small size but shower was a major let down. Stayed in one of the rooms on the lower ground floor, the room itself was small but still managed to fit in a double bed however was lacking room to open the bathroom door fully. The bed was very comfortable and the surrounding area was quite so had no issues falling to sleep. The bathroom again was small but usable, the showers water pressure was none existent. Would happily stay here for short trips to London in the future, but will make sure to pack shower gel and shampoo."

"Only a short walk from Paddington station, the hotel is great for an overnight or short stay. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom was in need of some attention (a cracked wash basin and nasty smelling drain pipe). So good for price and location but perhaps not the most ornate of London hotels."
