New Dome Hotel

"I don't recommend this place. The rooms are very small and dirty. It was so hot at night that we couldn't sleep, and there's not even a fan in the room. The street noise is terrible."

"Bad experience, We arrived the place around noon, the corridor is all on the way to the room it was very dirty and when we opened the door we noticed that the room is super dirty and with a very unpleasant smell, we thought of coming back later so that the employee could clean it in time, but we thought better and decided that it was better to look for another place, because even if the employee cleaned until the time of checking, it would be impossible to remove all the dirt and the bad smell we found in the place."

"Please do not book this place!!\n\nWhere do I start?\nI arrived to the property at around 3:15pm to check in, I never received a code to gain access to my room and had to call the booking provider (Expedia) to get help as the hotel has no staff members on site or anyways of contacting them.\n\nThe door to the “hotel” was wide open for anyone to access the property and when entered there was also 2 other guest that had the same issue and on phone to customer service.\n\nAfter being on the phone for around 20 minutes I was given a room number but no code! When i went to the room that was provided, The room door was wide open and was dirty from the previous guest that had left and was not ready for my booking.\n\nI then went around the building to see if i can find any member of staff and that’s when I found one house keeping lady in the corridor. I told her about my room and her response was “Your room is not been cleaned yet” I then said “check in was at 3pm when will it be ready” she then shrugged her shoulders and carried on entering another room.\n\nAfter this I told customer service about the ongoing issue and was told that I will get a call back urgently from a manager to help. I never received any call back, email or message. Both the hotel and the booking provider neglected me and left me stranded in a city that i’m new too.\n\nAfter feeling unsafe at this property with clear security issue I choose to book another hotel nearby costing me double what I already paid for this one.\n\nI work at a hotel myself and understand that sometimes things can be delayed however completely neglecting customers is absolutely shocking and this place should be shut down immediately!!\n\nAt 7:48pm the hotel sent me a code to check into my room which is nearly 5 hours late!!\n\nI await a repose from this establishment and demand a full refund for my booking, if not I will take this further as it’s unethical for a hotel to provide a service or should I say a lack of service to its guest.\n\nPlease do not book this place and make the mistake that I did!!!"
