"We stayed here for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was incredible and breakfast was very good as well! They had a lot of options including good vegetarian options. The location was very convenient for our stay in London as well. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Guests beware!!!….there is no air conditioning and the rooms can be extremely hot and humid. No problem in cool weather but in warm summer weather we were so miserable we could not sleep much. The rooms are also much smaller than they appear in website photos. I could extend my arms out to my sides and touch each bathroom wall in either direction. Hard to find space for luggage in the room. The hallway carpets are also ancient. Only the bathroom was updated. The best part was breakfast. The staff was very nice at that time in a modernized eating area. I stayed in three hotels in London and this one was a major disappointment. Also the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and is very noisy with each stop."
